Abigail graduated with LL.B (Hons) from Cardiff University, U.K. She joined Foong & Partners as a pupil and was admitted to practise in 2019.

Abigail began her legal practice with Foong & Partners and was promoted to Senior Associate in 2023. She was admitted as partner of the firm in 2026.

She has experience in various corporate and commercial work, including merger and acquisitions, initial public offerings, corporate exercises of public listed companies, foreign direct investments, joint ventures, conveyancing and corporate loans.

Some of the notable transactions that Abigail has advised on are (i) the selective capital reduction and repayment exercise to privatise Amcorp Properties Berhad, and (ii) the offering and listing of Empire Premium Food Berhad and KJTS Group Berhad on the Main Market and ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia respectively. 

Abigail has also been involved in some property related transactions such as the proposed acquisition of 11.6 acres of land in Kwasa Damansara by ECM Kwasa Damansara Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Educ8 Group for the development of a new education facility within the Kwasa Damansara township.
