Shu Han began her legal practice with Foong & Partners and was promoted to Senior Associate in 2022. She has experience in various corporate and commercial work, including merger and acquisitions, initial public offerings, corporate exercises of public listed companies, joint ventures, corporate restructuring and corporate rescue exercises, conveyancing and corporate loans.
