d +603 6419 0822 Yoke Leng graduated with LL.B (Hons) from Nottingham University, U.K. and was admitted to practise in 1994. Yoke Leng began legal practice in Chooi & Co. where she advised on various property and banking related matters. She subsequently joined the Corporate & Commercial and Foreign Investment practice groups of Zaid & Ibrahim & Co. and was a Senior Associate in Zaid Ibrahim & Co. until 2000. Prior to joining Foong & Partners she worked as an in-house legal counsel for an investment holding company which had interests in several public listed companies in Malaysia and significant interests abroad. She has experience in advising on various property, banking, corporate and commercial matters including commercial contracts, utility projects, joint ventures, security issues and documentation, initial public offerings and flotations on the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and takeovers and mergers. |
