Kai Hong graduated with LL.B (Hons) from University of Liverpool, U.K. and was admitted to practise in 2021.

Kai Hong joined the firm as an associate in 2024 and was promoted to Senior Associate in 2026.

She has experience in various corporate and commercial work, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate exercises of public listed companies, joint ventures, corporate real estate, fund and asset management and general corporate advisory.
