Ming Kiat graduated with LL.B (Hons) from University of Liverpool, U.K.. He completed his pupillage in a law firm where he was primarily handling civil litigation matters and was admitted to practice in 2020.

Ming Kiat began his legal practice with Foong & Partners in 2020 and was promoted to Senior Associate in 2024.

He has experience in various corporate and commercial work, including merger and acquisitions, initial public offerings, capital markets, corporate exercises of public listed companies, joint ventures, corporate debt restructuring, corporate real estates, general corporate advisory and transactional matters.
