For our business establishment and commercial matters practice, we advise and assist clients in establishing a business presence in Malaysia including to liase with, apply for and obtain the relevant approvals, permits and licences necessary for their business operations from the relevant authorities.

We also advise them on general commercial law (such as compliance with regulatory approvals) and the negotiation and preparation of their commercial agreements (such as franchise agreements, supply agreements, agency agreements and distribution agreements).
