Our focus in this area is on public private partnerships in renewable energy, utilities, waste management and infrastructure projects.

Our work also involves the negotiation and drafting of engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning contracts, operations and maintenance contracts for both project owners and main contractors as well as sub-contractors.

With respect to government related contracts, we have also advised clients on strategy and approach on remuneration and compensation models and the dispute resolution mechanism involving government entities.
